The creature ducks your swing and springs at you, trying to stab you. As it hits your chest, you fall backward and it lands atop you. The creature slashes your chest with the knife (take 2 points damage). You roll to the side, trying to throw it off. A club flashes past your head and strikes the beast. It collapses immediately. You push the dead body away and check your wounds.
